A 60 minute session starting with easeful movement and dynamic stretches so you can leave the outside world behind and create connection with your body. Then we flow through bodyweight movements and unilateral strength and stability, before we head into the main event…

THE FOUNDATION
We then complete the hour by restoring the body with gentle stretching and breathing.
All personal training sessions are by appointment only in Vancouver BC. Virtual training and sessions in and around the Squamish area are also considered.
